I started doing this last year as a new years resolution but I fell off in the middle of a month since I would run out of space in my planner. I am, however, bringing back 31 days of gratitude.
Each day I will write 3 things that I am grateful for, for each. I hope to keep this up. I am sure it will be a nice reminder of what I am/was grateful for
So here goes:
- Erick making dinner aka popping in a BBQ chicken pizza in the oven (:
- Talking to Erick, Jameena & Xochitl about my need to disconnect and feeling the support.
- Realizing I was feeling a little unhappy and wanting to change.
